We can work with you on a custom design for your Regatta, Yacht Club, Youth Sailing Organization or Vessel. A great tee shirt design can add more fun to your next sailing event.
Custom Design
Custom design work is billed at an hourly rate. Minimum charge is 1 1/2 hours. Once a concept sketch is approved, estimates can be provided prior to commencing work on the final design.
It may also be possible to customize one of our existing Flying Fish Printworks designs to meet your needs by adding your name or location to the main design, left chest or sleeve.
Provide Your Own Art
We can work with your camera-ready art or company logos. Files must be actual size with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. PDF, PSD or JPEG files are the preferred format. PMS colors will be required for matching company logos.
Screen Printing
The following fees are guidelines only based on a minimum quantity of 72 shirts per design. An actual quote will be provided for your specific job and shirt quantities.
We print using Waterbased Inks whenever possible. Plastisol Inks may be required for darker garments. Also, additional screens may be required to print darker garments as a white underprinter will be needed to retain brighter ink colors on the dark shirts. Additional information can be provided for printing on nylon and quick dry shirts.
Film and Screen Required For Each Color - $30 each
Art Fees to Adapt Existing Design or Logo - $50 per hour
Printing Fees for Light Color Garments - $1.75 for first color and $1.25 for each additional color or print area
Printing Fees for Dark Color Garments* - $2.50 for first color and $2.00 for each additional color or print area
